Michael Barrett, 48, had pleaded guilty to stalking Andrews over an 18-month period and removing the peepholes from the doors of at least three different hotel rooms to shoot video of her naked on his mobile phone.

After a celebrity web site turned down buying the videos, Barrett posted 10 of them on the Internet, identifying the ESPN reporter as the victim.

Barrett was sentenced by a federal judge in Los Angeles on Monday and ordered to pay Andrews $7,366 in restitution.

Andrews, 31, told Monday’s sentencing hearing that she still suffers fear, anxiety and public humiliation as a result of having been stalked.

“I’m being victimized every day…and I did nothing to deserve it,” Andrews said, adding the videos will likely always be on the Internet.

Latest News Update: I was worried. I really was. I was worried that I'd go to see (in a press screening mind you; I wasn't going to spend any money on) M. Night Shymalan's racebending The Last Airbender ... and actually enjoy myself. After all, Shymalan has been known (once or twice) to put on a good movie. It's not inconceivable that he could made a halfway decent ride out of Nickelodeon's children's animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender -- despite the fact that he cast all white actors in the heroic roles of an Asian-inspired fantasy world, and all swarthy, middle-eastern-looking actors as the villains. So I was worried that the movie would have some aesthetically or narratively redeeming features that would muddy my hatred. I am, at heart, an honest gal, and would have had to, grudgingly, say so, if there was anything to like here.

But fear not, dear readers, there is nothing to like here. The movie has no redeeming features whatsoever. The acting was atrocious. The writing was horrific. The direction looked like a film-school final project. The CGI, around which the entire movie was built, was utterly unimpressive (but at least it didn't stand out.) The 3-D was obviously tacked on at the end and made the whole movie unnecessarily dark. The art direction was good in spots ... because it was stolen directly from the original TV series. Where the costumes didn't rip off the TV series, they were simply cliché. The action scenes were all 50% slo-mo. (Not kidding.

Adechike fell behind every time he had to get up from the floor and never got up with Lauren.

Nigel is happy to see that Dave Scott brought out a new side of Adechike: personality and funk. Mia agrees, she likes the smile and sunshine. Adam reacts similarly to how Mary Murphy would have if she were on. Suffice to say he's proud.
Ashley & Ade – Contemporary (Dee Caspary) - The concept is that Ashley is broken and the two work together. After having criticism about Ashley trying to break out, Ashley was given another contemporary. I liked the flow and Ade's ability to lift Ashley with ease. While I hate assisted runs, I thought the move fit well with the theme of the dance.

Nigel thought Ashley was a different dancer, she's developed and gained fluidity. It's her best performance. Mia loved the concept about trust and compared her to a purple wind comprising elegance and power. Adam called her breathtaking.

HYDERABAD: Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani Saturday termed as flawed the decision of dividing Hyderabad district and described it as detrimental to the interests of the citizens of the city.

He was addressing the workers of Pakistan People’s Party from Hyderabad Division here.

The Prime Minister said it is proving to be challenge for the government to prepare the upcoming federal budget in the wake of NFC Award. “People are pinning hopes with the upcoming budget,” he added.

A bomb threat exists at the moment in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where a bus with 17 people in it is facing a bomb threat. The bus is part of the Greyhound lot and has a number of 17 people in it.

It is being stopped by police and firemen in the centre of the town, after a suspicious device has been reported to be present on board. The Greyhound bus is now downtown and officials are checking the situation to see if there is any danger.

A few weeks ago, Raymond and Vanessa Jackson—the New Jersey couple accused of starving their four adoptive sons—received a plump envelope from the state’s Division of Youth and Family Services. The Jacksons are used to such communiqués. The state is seeking to terminate their adoption rights over the four boys; it has also removed two adopted girls and a foster daughter from their large home in Collingswood, a comfortable village near Camden. But the envelope contained none of the now-familiar legal notices or court filings. Instead, the Jacksons found four handmade greeting cards forwarded from Keziah, 13, one of their adopted girls now living with a foster family. The cards marked events long past: Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, an anniversary, and a birthday. It’s been more than a year since the Jacksons have seen Keziah, whom they adopted when she was less than a week old. As a condition of bail, a judge ordered them not to communicate with any of the children or come within 500 yards. It had taken the state this long to forward Keziah’s greetings.

“We couldn’t answer the letters, because of the restraining order,” Raymond Jackson told me earlier this month, going public for the first time since the couple’s legal odyssey began. “She has no idea how much these meant to us.” He reached for the envelopes, which were festooned with heart-shaped stickers and girlish affirmations like MISS YOU! and SUPER PARENTS!

“She wrote, ‘Have a good Father’s Day without me. Don’t worry too much about me, I’m doing great,’ ” Jackson read out loud, his voice breaking noticeably. “ ‘I still love you very much. Sometimes I cry about you. Hugs and kisses, Keziah.’ ” He reached for another card, on which Keziah had written, “I still love you very much, no matter what happens—I love you till the day I die.”

Keziah’s package has arrived at an especially charged moment. Indeed, in the next few weeks, a family-court judge is expected to sever parental rights over the adopted children. And sometime next year, the Jacksons will stand trial on 28 counts of assault and child endangerment. They could spend the rest of their lives in prison.

The star witness against them will be their oldest adopted boy, Bruce, who launched the Jacksons into tabloid infamy last year when he slipped out of the family home on a late-night mission to scavenge food from neighborhood trash bins. He was disoriented, shoeless, cold, and extremely malnourished. At the time, Bruce Jackson was 19 years old, but no one knew it to look at him. When Collingswood police officers arrived on the scene, they estimated he was 7 years old; he stood only four feet tall, and once they took him to a local hospital, they learned he weighed all of 45 pounds. Later, when police arrived at the Jackson household, they found three other stunted and scrawny boys. The combined weight of all four—Bruce; Keith, 14; Tyrone, 10; and Michael, 9—was just 136 pounds, about as much as a full-grown Rottweiler. Some had head lice and badly rotting teeth.

While decision about closing stations in Sindh and Balochistan will be taken on Monday.

CNG stations in Sindh and Balochistan will remain closed from Friday 12:00 pm to Saturday 12:00 pm as decided last month.

Marriot attack case: Four accused acquitted

RAWALPINDI: An Anti-terror court today acquitted four persons held in connection with Marriot hotel attack case.

The court in its verdict said that no evidence was produced before the court against the accused while investigation officer also recorded no statement against them.

The acquitted men include Dr Usman, Rana Ilyas, Muhammad Hamid Afzal and Tahseen Ullah.

It may be reminded here that a suicide bomber had exploded his explosive-laden vehicle in front of Marriot Hotel on Sept 20, 2008, killing at least 54 people and injuring some 200 people.

PM discusses reforms implementation with Nawaz

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani Friday talked to Pakistan Muslim League-N Chief Nawaz Sharif by telephone and discussed overall political situation in the country.

The two leaders also exchanged views on the implementation of the 18th constitutional amendment bill.

The Prime Minister sought from Nawaz Sharif names of representatives for inclusion in the Commission on Implementation of 18th amendment.
